| Information: | Headwaters will announce earnings results for the fiscal third quarter ended June 30, 2010, before the market opens on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Following the release, Headwaters will host a conference call with a simultaneous webcast at 11 a.m. Eastern/9 a.m. Mountain Time to discuss the company's financial results and business outlook. The conference call will be conducted by Kirk A. Benson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Steven G. Stewart, Chief Financial Officer.
